Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery

Estimated international delivery is usually 7–21 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs, local carriers, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.

Order tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Customs and import charges

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges required by their destination country, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed.
